I support people of all abilities and backgrounds to achieve their goals. Whether your ambition is to learn healthier habits, explore the benefits of Nordic walking, or learning French as a beginner, intermediate or advanced level I develop a learning plan tailored to you.
When we begin working together we will first have an informal consultation to better understand where you are on your journey and set achievable goals built specifically to your preferences This results in a unique, tailored plan with a clear path to success.
As with anything in life, practice makes perfect and the best results will be obtained from working together over a period of weeks and months, rather than days. This is because we will be able to build sustainable habits and I can provide ongoing support and coaching to deliver the results you want.
